Who we are?
Digital Almighty is a Digital Marketing Online Training institute based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
How long we retain your data
We will keep hold of your data for no longer than necessary. The length of time we retain it will depend on any legal obligations we have (such as tax recording purposes), the nature of any contracts we have in place with you, the existence of your consent or our legitimate interests as a business.
When you purchase from us, for example training, events and so on, we retain that information for a period of six years following the end of the financial year during which you purchased from us. It is our legal obligation to keep these records for tax purposes. In instances where material is purchased under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the copyright declaration forms are retained for a period of seven years to comply with the law.
We store the information you provide us in the following 3rd party databases – Google Forms, SendinBlue and HubSpot. We use this data to develop the quality of our services and communication, ensuring we are offering the right service to the right people.
Student and Graduate Data
We store student records in the following 3rd party databases – WordPress and Accredible. We use this data to provide a quality service to our students and graduates, to monitor quality and completion rates and to comply with ICF Accreditation guidelines.
We use industry recognized merchants to process online payments. If you enroll with us use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then these providers will collect your data. It will be encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Our purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your application will be deemed void. The Digital Almighty FZ LLC will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner
The Digital Almighty FZ LLC will only confirm your membership once payment has been authorized. On completing the process, you will receive an email to confirm that the application has been successful, and the email will include your Membership number.
Payments can also be made by direct debit, cheque and bank transfer. With the latter any bank charges need to be met by the payer
Consent & Security
When you provide us with personal information to download a resource, complete a transaction or verify your credit card, we collect use it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason (i.e. newsletter subscription), we will ask you directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on an “unsubscribe” link which is offered at the bottom of every email we send. You may also withdraw your consent anytime, by contacting us at email@example.com
